Service Description

ChatToBook is a WhatsApp-native booking automation service designed for solo beauty professionals (barbers, hair stylists, makeup artists, nail techs, lash artists). Our service automates appointment scheduling by responding to client messages, displaying services and availability, and confirming bookings directly within WhatsApp conversations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You must have a valid WhatsApp Business account and comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies. ChatToBook is intended for solo beauty professionals and is not designed for large salons, enterprises, or call centers.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Ensuring your WhatsApp Business account remains active and compliant
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Use automated systems to abuse or spam the service
  • Share your account with others or resell access to the service

Subscription & Billing

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial, you have full access to all features. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

Monthly Subscription

After the trial, your subscription is billed monthly at $9 per month (approximately €9). Billing occurs on the same date each month based on your subscription start date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Deposits & Payments via Stripe

If you enable deposit payments, transactions are processed through Stripe. You are responsible for setting up and maintaining your Stripe account, including compliance with Stripe's terms of service. ChatToBook is not responsible for payment processing, disputes, or chargebacks. All payment-related issues should be resolved directly with Stripe. We may receive transaction confirmations and basic metadata for booking management purposes.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATTOBOOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, United States.
