WhatsApp / Meta Integration

ChatToBook connects to WhatsApp Business API to facilitate automated booking conversations. We only access and process messages that are necessary for the booking flow (e.g., service selection, time slot confirmation). We do not read, store, or analyze your private WhatsApp conversations beyond what is required to complete bookings. All message handling complies with Meta's WhatsApp Business API policies.

Payments and Stripe

If you enable deposit payments, we use Stripe to process transactions. Payment information (credit card details, billing addresses) is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We only receive transaction confirmations and basic payment metadata necessary for booking management. Please review Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle your payment data.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and booking history for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.
